quickly as we all are busy to create our own world and don’t give enough importance to other’s problems

activities- Depressed people most of the time stop
doing their favourite work as they don’t get much interest but to get out of
this self involvement in various fun
activity is very important as it help to recreate their mood and along this,
little self care can put a smile on
face.
- Spiritual activity and
meditation- It has been proven that meditation and
spiritual thought is very effective in depression.
- Involve in social
activity- Get own self involve to serve the society,
it can bring peace to the inner soul.
- Make paper and pencil best
friend- At the time of emotional breakdown, have to
write down all feelings and clean the heaviness of the heart.
- Proper eat and along with
proper sleep- Healthy eating and enough sleep is very
important for this. With this for recreation the mood dark chocolate is also
helpful as it helps to release serotonin and relax blood vessels of
cardiovascular system.
- Music therapy- Listening to the soothing music and relaxing the body can also help to
control the anxiety and panic attacks.
After everything always remember one thing that
there is always someone there for you and after all rainbows always rise after
a heavy rain.
