Poverty leads Beggary   Poverty is a serious curse to the society. There are mainly two types of proverty found in the world- 1. Absolute poverty-   It means who are really under the poverty line 2. Relative poverty – It indicates those countries that are poor in compared to developed country. There are 120 Cr. People who are under poverty measures. Mainly in developing countries like India, Africa it is a leading problem. Poverty is effect of unemployment which may be an effect of growing population. Poverty causes urban beggary and it also leads to rapid criminal rate. World bank established two parameter to measures poverty those are- Those who earn less than 1.25 US $ per day, suffer from extreme poverty Those who earn less than 2 US $ per day, are referred as poor Poverty of I ndia measures by many committee in many ways like- Lakdawala Committee- This committee measure it by how much calories consume by individual a day . in rural area must get 2400 calorie...

A Writing As Beam of Light in the Dark Sky of Depression

In present days depression is a modern day’s common problem that cope the human world very quickly as we all are busy to create our own world and don’t  give enough importance to other’s problems thus by the day passing we are becoming alone. Depression mainly effect the people who are teenager or above the teenage. There are more than 10 million cases of depression per year in India. There are mainly 9 kinds of depressions. Those are -

·         Major Depression
·         Persistent Depression
·         Bipolar Disorder
·         Depressive psychosis
·         Perinatal Depression
·         PMDD
·         Seasonal Depression
·         Situational Depression
·         Antypical Depression

Some of the common symptoms of depression are-

·         A constant deep sadness
·         Irritable mood
·         Change in interest (not liking what  used to like to do)
·         Sleeplessness
·         Hopelessness
·         Feeling of that “ I am not enough worthy”
·         Panic attacks and anxiety
·         Significantly low energy
·         Suicidal thought and self harm

Don’t get fear of depression.  It is just like other disease which just affects one’s mental condition. Like wise man said there is always day after a dark night if we fight against it together we can easily overcome this situation. Whoever going through this situation don’t get afraid we are all in this together.

Here are 8 ways that will easy the situation and help to fight back-

  1. Reorganisation of the depression and seek for help- One should at first recognised his/ her mental state that if he/ she is in depression and must not deny the condition and without getting panic have to go and seek for help. For further help must consult to the doctor and can also get psychological therapy.
  2. Recognise self value- Most of the time depressed people forget their self worth for better condition one must  recognise his/ herself worth and give own self small goals to achieve that small achievement will bring pleasure and help to rebuild the broken self confidence.
  3. Involvement in various activities- Depressed people most of the time stop doing their favourite work as they don’t get much interest but to get out of this self involvement in  various fun activity is very important as it help to recreate their mood and along this, little  self care can put a smile on face.
  4. Spiritual activity and meditation- It has been proven that meditation and spiritual thought is very effective in depression.
  5. Involve in social activity- Get own self involve to serve the society, it can bring peace to the inner soul.
  6. Make paper and pencil best friend- At the time of emotional breakdown, have to write down all feelings and clean the heaviness of the heart.
  7. Proper eat and along with proper sleep- Healthy eating and enough sleep is very important for this. With this for recreation the mood dark chocolate is also helpful as it helps to release serotonin and relax blood vessels of cardiovascular system.
  8. Music therapy- Listening to the soothing music and relaxing the body can also help to control the anxiety and panic attacks.

After everything always remember one thing that there is always someone there for you and after all rainbows always rise after a heavy rain.
