Indians are very much addicted to tea and coffee some time gets confused if it is good for health or not. Here I am going to describe three beverages that are very much beneficial for health.
Sulamani Tea or Masala Tea- this tea is mainly originated in south India. As we know India use herbs and masalas in most of the food, this is also not an exceptional drink. This tea is contained tea leaves lemons honey, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, saffron. These all ingredients are extremely helpful to boost up immune system along with it help to control our hormones and our blood pressures. In this time of Covid 19 it is seen that this tea is very beneficial as it help to increase our immunity.
